II. Applicability of the Transfer Policy

This transfer policy is applicable to course credits and related matters for all undergraduate students who wish to transfer among Ohio state-assisted institutions of higher education.

The Articulation and Transfer Advisory Council recommends these requirements and guidelines to Ohio independent institutions of higher education. Regionally accredited independent institutions of higher education may wish to seek approval from the Ohio Board of Regents to participate in this policy. Approval would require formal adoption of the policy by the independent institution.
