are common to higher education and state government
circles. While the unnecessary use of jargon and
acronyms in Regents communications is discouraged,
it also is acknowledged that readers will encounter
them in some degree in the course of daily reading
and discussion. This glossary of acronyms and terms
is provided to assist staff. Additional entry submissions
are encouraged.
