Thank you for all of your assistance during this time of change with the implementation of the Revised Code 3333.16 Articulation and Transfer legislation. We appreciate your work with your institution's course submissions to the HEI AN file. As you know this was a very important TAG implementation step. We recognize this task has been time consuming for you and others on your campus. In recognition of this, we have devised a way of keeping track of your Transfer Assurance Guide courses through your institution's TAG course submission forms. As a result of this change the last term for which you need to submit your AN file is Summer 2006. Remember that only approved courses should be included in the Summer AN file. We are also investigating a way to eliminate the need for you to submit information to the TM file by creating a TM status database. We anticipate that the last submission for the TM file will be WI 2007. You may view the data submission document for this file at: http://www.regents.state.oh.us/hei/transferassurance/tmfile.htm
The TAGS queries will be taken offline immediately, since they do not present accurate information regarding approved TAG courses. They are: the AN & TM Data Submission Download Query, the AN & TM Collection Report, the AN & TM Printable Download Query, and the AN & TM Course Quick Search all available at: http://regents.ohio.gov/hei/transferassurance/TAGqueries/index.html. Those of you who used the queries before will be redirected to the TAG Bulletin Board that provides information about the TAG-approved courses. The TAG Bulletin Board is available at: http://regents.ohio.gov/transfer/tags/approved_courses.php
