Edit Rules for each Extended Baccalaureate Programs (EP) Record

A.  Execute all edits from the General Section of the Edit and Load Specifications
B.  If there is no matching Subject Code in the Degree Certificate table with a Degree Level Code value of "05" for this
     Institution and Fiscal Year
            write Error 244 on edit message file
C.  If Expected Time to Completion is not numeric
            write Error 114 on edit message file
D.  If Expected Time to Completion is equal to 400
            write Error 214 on edit message file
E.  If Number of Credit Hours for Program Completion is not numeric
            write Error 242 on edit message file
F.  If Delete Switch is not Y or N
            write Error 013 on edit message file
G.  If there are two or more records in this submission with the same Subject Code in the submission
                write Error 224 on edit message file
H.  If the Delete Switch is Y and the record does not exist in the Extended Baccalaureate Programs table for this Institution
     and Subject Code
                write Error 241 on edit message file
I.  If the Delete Switch is N and there is a row in the Extended Baccalaureate Programs table that matches the Subject Code
     for this Institution and Year, overlay the data in the database with the data in the submission, and
                write Warning U04 on edit message file
