Implementation Date	Description of Changes
April 11, 2000	Changed logic of Test Four, the determination of State Residency. Residency will be determined by looking first to the last term in which a Student Enrollment (SN) record was submitted for a student. If there is no SN record for the student, residency will determined by examination of the appropriate Student Entrance (SE) record.
