September 29, 1999 Added information to include medical enrollment in Steps 1, 2, 6, and 14.

Excluded location code FOREIGNCN from reason 8 of Step 2.

Removed description for Step 7.1, Exempted Enrollments for Doctoral Caps. This step will not be implemented.

Removed Steps 7.4, Medical Repeaters; and 7.5, Current Medical Class Cohort.

Removed descriptions for Steps 10, Apply the Doctoral Caps; and 12, Apply the Medical 5 Percent Repeater Rule. The steps will not be implemented.

June 14, 1999 Added a link to Law Caps table in Step 9.
May 4, 1999 Step 18 revised to more fully explain process.
December 11, 1998 Data in the Subsidy Summary table is now identified by calendar year and term. Earlier, the UIS data was identified by fiscal year. 

Rules for deleting rows from the summary and detailed table have been specified in order to repeat the process for a term.

A Resident Credit Center (RCC) drill down report has been specified for the Baccalaureate Limit calculations. A query to select rows from the detail enrollment table has been added. Any B Level course enrollments at the OSCF campus are adjusted to the GS level. 

Bac Limit is now calculated in autumn term and  adjustments are copied into winter and spring terms. The date that the Subsidy FTE was calculated is displayed in the high level summary reports. Annualized enrollments are used for Law Caps. 

Reference to sample SQL was removed.

September 2, 1998 Added information about Fiscal Year 1998 fall term Baccalaureate Limits to Step 11. Added clarification to Step 1 in Plans for Operations of the Subsidy FTE Process.
July 28, 1998 Updated sample data reports. Redistributed Step 7 within the Order of Processing FTE and added a procedure to view results by campus.
July 7, 1998 Changed explanation of doctoral caps calculation and sample displays. Added a link to doctoral caps page. Updated outstanding issues and order of processing for fiscal year (FY) 1998. Removed special processing section for FY 1998. Also, excluded medical students enrolled in non-medical courses from subsidy for FY 1998.
March 18, 1998 Removed SQL and added more information to "Detailed Steps of Processing." Made additions to "List of Outstanding Issues."
