| December 11, 1998 | Data in the Subsidy Summary table is now identified by calendar year
and term. Earlier, the UIS data was identified by fiscal year.
Rules for deleting rows from the summary and detailed table have been specified in order to repeat the process for a term. A Resident Credit Center (RCC) drill down report has been specified for the Baccalaureate Limit calculations. A query to select rows from the detail enrollment table has been added. Any B Level course enrollments at the OSCF campus are adjusted to the GS level. Bac Limit is now calculated in autumn term and adjustments are copied into winter and spring terms. The date that the Subsidy FTE was calculated is displayed in the high level summary reports. Annualized enrollments are used for Law Caps. Reference to sample SQL was removed. |
