Edit Rules for each Instruction and General Expenditures by Object (IO) Record

B.  If Delete Switch field value is not equal to "Y" or "N"
 Write Error 013 on edit error message report.

C.  If Restricted/Unrestricted field from submission not found in revenue_type column of restricted_unrestricted table matching Year field (from header record) to yr_num column
 Write Error 681 on edit error message report.

D.  If the first character in any of the following is not negative sign (-) or zero (0) or if the remaining characters in the field are not numeric write the corresponding message from the table on the error report file.

A.  If Delete Switch field value is "Y" and a row does not exist in ig_expens_obj table matching Institution (from header record), Year (from header record), and Restricted/Unrestricted fields to inst_code, yr_num, and revenue_type_code columns

B.  If Delete Switch field value is "Y" and a row exists in ig_expens_obj table (matching Institution (from header record), Year (from header record), and Restricted/Unrestricted fields to inst_code, yr_num, and revenue_type_code columns) and the submission does not contain a record with the same Restricted/Unrestricted field value and a Delete Switch field value of "N"
  Write Error 722 on edit error message report.

C.  If Delete Switch field value is "N" and a row exists in ig_expens_obj table (matching Institution (from header record), Year (from header record), and Restricted/Unrestricted fields to inst_code, yr_num, and revenue_type_code columns) and the submission does not contain a record with the same Restricted/Unrestricted field value and a Delete Switch field value of "Y"
  Write Error 723 on edit error message report.

D.  If there are two or more records within the submission with the same Restricted/Unrestricted field values and the same Delete Switch field values
 Write Error 724 on edit error message report.
 

E. For the entire submission, If Restricted/Unrestricted field from submission is valid (edit 681), the Delete Switch field value is "N", the following are numeric:

and the difference between the sum of the above (for the entire submission) and the sum of tot_ig_expens column of campus_expens table matching for all campus_code columns values for this institution (from header record) and Year (from header record) to yr_num column is more than 1%
Write Error 720 on edit error message report.
