A.	If there are non-blank characters beyond the allotted record length for this file write Error 035
B.	If the record is blank do not run edit checks for this file on this record, and write Error 011 on edit message file
C.	If the Campus code is not in the Campus Code column of the Institution/Campus Codes table, or the Campus code is CCCE, CCCM, CCCW, SSCL, SSCN, or SSCS write Error 001 on edit message file
D.	If the Campus code does not correspond to the login Institution code write Error 040 on edit message file
E.	If the Faculty Identifier is blank write Error 300 on edit message file
F.	If there is not a row in the Faculty Demographics table for the corresponding institution and for the same Faculty Identifier and year write Warning B41 on edit message file
G.	If the Funding Unit is not NA, and there is not a row in the Funding Unit Inventory table for the same campus, year, Funding Unit, and term of SP write Error 308 on edit message file
H.	If the Salary from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is not numeric write Error 340 on edit message file
I.	If the Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is  not numeric write Error 341 on edit message file
J.	If the Salary from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is numeric and is more than 125000 or if the Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is numeric and is more than 125000 write Warning A02 on edit message file
K.	If either the Salary from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds of the Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is not zero, and both are numeric, and the Funding Unit is NA write Error 343 on edit message file
L.	If the Fringe Benefits from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is not numeric write Error 342 on edit message file
M.	If the Fringe Benefits from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds is not numeric write Error 346 on edit message file
N.	If the Delete Switch is not Y and not N write Error 013 on edit message file
O.	If the Delete Switch is Y and there is not a row in Faculty Funding table with the same Faculty Identifer (Regents ID), Campus Code, Fiscal Year, and Funding Unit write Error 347 on edit message file
P.	If the submission file has a duplicate record and the delete switches in both are N, and if the submission record and duplicate record contain the same Campus Code, Fiscal Year, Funding Unit, Salary from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, Fringe Benefits from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, and Fringe Benefits from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds write Warning A03 on edit message file
Q.	If the submission file has a duplicate record and the delete switches in both are Y, and if the submission record and duplicate record contain the same Campus Code, Faculty Identifier, Fiscal Year, Funding Unit, Salary from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, Fringe Benefits from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, and Fringe Benefits from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds write Error 349 on edit message file
R.	If the Salary from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, Fringe Benefits from Unrestricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, and Fringe Benefits from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds are numeric, and if a row in the Faculty Funding table contains the same Regents ID, Campus Code, Fiscal Year, Funding Unit Code, Salary from Total Instructional & General (I&G) Funds, and Salary from Restricted Instructional & General (I&G) Funds that are in the submissions record, and the Delete Switch is N write Warning A04 on edit message file
S.	In the Course Sections Taught table, for each combination of Faculty Identifier and Campus (except for Southern State Community College (SSCC) or Cuyahoga Community College (CYCC)) for any term within the fiscal year, if the Faculty Identifier is not in the Faculty Generic Identifier table for any term within the fiscal year, and the Faculty Identifier is neither in the Faculty Funding table for this campus and fiscal year nor in this Faculty Funding submission file with a delete switch of N write Warning A08 on edit message file
T.	If the faculty_identifier exists in the Course Sections Taught table for any Campus Code that matches a Campus Code of either Southern State Community College (SSCC) or Cuyahoga Community College (CYCC) for any term in the fiscal year, and Faculty Identifier does not exist in the Faculty Funding submission with delete switch set to N and campus field equal to institution field from header or in Faculty Funding table with Campus Code column value equal to the Institution Code (SSCC or CYCC)  write Warning A08 on edit message file
U.	If the sum of 1-2 below is greater than the Total Salary reported for this Faculty Identifier in the Faculty Demographics table write Warning B39 on edit message file 1. the Salary from Unrestricted I&G Funds and Salary from Restricted I&G Funds from all submission records with this Faculty Identifier whose Delete Switch is N 2. plus the rows from the Faculty Funding table for this Faculty Identifier and year for which there is no matching submission record containing the same Faculty Identifier, year, funding unit and Delete Switch Y for any campus of this institution
V.	If the sum of 1-2 below is greater than the Total Fringe Benefits reported for this Faculty Identifier in the Faculty Demographics table write Warning B40 on edit message file 1. the Fringe Benefits from Unrestricted I&G Funds and Fringe Benefits from Restricted I&G Funds from all submission records with this Faculty Identifier whose Delete Switch is N 2. plus the rows from the Faculty Funding table for this Faculty Identifier and year for which there is no matching submission record containing the same Faculty Identifier, year, funding unit, and Delete Switch Y for any campus of this institution
W.	Perform the following edits for each funding unit, campus, and year column values in the funding unit table matching Funding unit, campus, and year field with delete switch field of N in the FF submission file: *Note-this edit is also needed to prevent the loading of the FF submission before the FX submission; so if a record does not exist in the funding unit table for each funding unit id, campus, and year matching the submission file Write errors 606, 608, 610 or 613.
X.	If a B41 warning was flagged, check for the existence of an FD with the same ssn/inst, if not found, check for the existence of an ST with the same ssn/inst, if not found, generate error '1F1'
