Edit Rules for each Aggregated Enrollment (AE) Record

 A.  Read record
 B.  If record is not 27 characters
              Write Error 173 on edit report file
 C.  If Campus Code does not exist in the Campus Code Column of the
       Institution/Campus code verification table or the Campus code is SSCC or CYCC
              Write Error 001 on edit report file
 D.  If the Campus Code is in the Institution/Campus code verification table and does not
       relate to the Institution Code in the current login
              Write Error 040 on edit report file
 E.  If the 8th Day Headcount is not numeric in each character position
              Write Error 130 in edit report file
 F.  If the 8th Day Headcount is greater than or equal to 60,000
              Write Error 174 on edit report file
 G. If the 8th Day Credit Hours is not numeric in each character position
              Write Error 131 in edit report file
 H. If the 8th Day Credit Hours is greater than or equal to 900,000
              Write Error 175 on edit report file
 I.  If the 22nd Day Headcount is not numeric in each character position
              Write Error 132 in edit report file
 J. If the 22nd Day Headcount is greater than or equal to 60,000
              Write Error 176 on edit report file
 K. If the 22nd Day Credit Hours is not numeric in each character position
              Write Error 133 in edit report file
 L. If the 22nd Day Credit Hours is greater than or equal to 900,000
              Write Error 177 on edit report file
 M. If the Delete Switch is not Y or N
              Write Error 013 on edit report file
 N.  If the Aggregated Enrollment Delete Switch is Y and there is no corresponding row in
       the Aggregated Enrollment table for this campus, 8th and 22nd Day Headcounts and
       Credit Hours fields, for this year and term
               Write Error 179 on edit report file
 O.  If the Aggregated Enrollment Delete Switch is N and there is a corresponding row in
       the Aggregated Enrollment table for this campus, 8th and 22nd Day Headcounts and
       Credit Hours fields, for this year and term and (exclusion) if we are deleting campus,
       year, and term from the table, as long as our insert for this campus, year and term have
       one or more different headcounts or credit hours as the record deleted (equals record on table)
       or the Delete Switch is N and there is a corresponding row in the AE table for this
       campus, year and term only
              Write Error 180 on edit report file
 P.  If there is a matching record for this campus and Delete Switch in this submission file
              Write Error 167 on edit report file
