of the Higher Education Information System. HEI staff will explore the

Independent and Proprietary PE & PD Data Reporter Training (1.1)

Description:
As most of you know, independent, proprietary, and non-ohio
colleges and universities are now reporting student demographic and
degree/certification data for students who receive some form of state
assistance to the Board of Regents Higher Education Information system (HEI).
Student demographic data are reported in HEI according to the record layout in
the Independent, Proprietary, and Non-Ohio Colleges and Universities Student
Entrance (PE) file located at http://regents.ohio.gov/hei/datasubdoc/finaid/pefile.html.
Information pertaining to student degrees and
certificates are reported according to the record layout in the Independent,
Proprietary, and Non-Ohio Colleges and Universities Degree/Certificate Earned
(PD) file located at http://regents.ohio.gov/hei/datasubdoc/finaid/pdfile.html
This training session will review
the reporting requirements, file layouts, key deadlines, Student Identifier
query, and file submission process. HEI staff will be available to answer
questions and provide feedback.
