for Student Workforce Development
Grant Adjustments and Student Workforce Development Grant Query
All eligible schools may now begin submitting Student Workforce Development Grant Adjustment (WA) files for the 2000-2001 academic year. All WA files must be submitted by the WA reporters that have been assigned at your institution. There are two simple ways in which to create WA files for HEI.
1) You can create your own files in ASCII text format with use of a
word processing application. A complete file layout for the Student Workforce
Development Grant Adjustment (WA) file is located at
http://regents.ohio.gov/hei/datasubdoc/finaid/wafile.html.
Header record information can be found at http://regents.ohio.gov/hei/datasubdoc/general/fileheader.html.
Please remember that the academic year begins with the summer term
of 2000, but the year 2001 must be used in the header record. You will
find the data input site at https://hei.regents.state.oh.us/cgi/heigui
.
2) You may also use the WA data entry screen to key enter grant data individually located at https://hei.regents.state.oh.us/cgi/hei_data_entry_portal . This process will automatically create a submission file for you based on the data that was entered.
HEI has provided a query page for the Student Workforce Development Grant program at https://hei.regents.state.oh.us/cgi/HEInet.cgi?$sp_html_hei_wd_query. This will allow authorized administrators to view individual or collective information on recipients and to generate reports.
