Subject:       Student Choice Grant Certification (SH) File and Adjustment (SA) File Opening July 15

The State Grants and Scholarships Department (SGS) and the Higher Education Information System (HEI) are pleased to announce the opening of the new Student Choice Grant Certification (SH) File and the Student Choice Grant Adjustment (SA) File on July 15, 2004 .

The SH file will allow institutions to begin requesting payment for students for summer term 2004. The SA file will allow institutions to submit adjustments to student records on a term by term basis.

In addition, two queries were created for this program. All the previous records for the Student Choice grant were converted to HEI, and are viewable using these two queries.
