Campus data reporters should expect to be able to transmit and edit files via the Data Input Site Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., except for the first Saturday of each month (which is reserved for scheduled system maintenance).

Files for which campus data reporters submit a load request by 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be reviewed by Regents staff for overnight loading that night. Load requests submitted after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be reviewed the following weekday for loading the following weeknight. No files will be reviewed or loaded on state holidays, which include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

In the case of unscheduled system down time, the Data Input Site will be replaced with a Web page that includes a service interruption notice and an estimated time of service resumption.
