Cuyahoga Community College
Institution Level Reporting
Revised September 28, 1998
Due to the centralized financial accounting system at Cuyahoga Community
College (CYCC), the institution can report data using an institution code
instead of an aggregate of campus codes for certain files.
The institutional code of CYCC is used in the Campus field for the Funding
Unit Inventory (FI), Funding Unit Expenditure (FX), College Expenditure
(CP), Campus Expenditure (CX), Education and General Funds Expenditure
(EE), Sources of Education and General Revenues (SR), and Faculty and Instructional
non-Faculty Funding (FF) files.
However, individual campus codes (e.g., CCCE, CCCM, and CCCW) are required
for the following files: Course Enrollment (CN), Student Enrollment (SN),
Aggregated Enrollment (AE), Degree/Certificate Earned (DC), Flexibly Scheduled
Course Sections (FS), Off-campus Course Sections (OC), Resident Credit
Center Course Sections (RC), Course Section Schedule (CS), Area Inventory
(AI), Physical Structure Inventory (PS), Other Use of Instructional Rooms
(OR), All Employee (AM), Student Worker (SW), and Course Sections Taught
(ST). |
