HEI Data Submissions
Academic Calendar
Revised May 13, 2003
- The
HEI liaison, appointed by the president of each institution, has the
responsibility to authorize data reporters to submit academic calendar
information for their institution.
- The academic calendar administrator submits this information using the
Academic Calendar Page via the Restricted Outputs.
- The academic calendar administrator submits the start and end dates for the
upcoming fiscal year plus two terms.
- This information must be submitted and loaded before files can be submitted
to HEI for those terms.
- If this information is not submitted, the start and end dates for files
submissions will not appear on the site
File Submissions Schedule.
- When using the OLN data entry screens, the data reporter will get an error
of "year and term not available on this system" for any
course or course section reported for which the start and end date has not been
reported in the Academic Calendar Page.
