HEI Facilities Utilization

An HEI utilization workshop will be held
on Friday, November 3, 2000 from 10:00am to 3:00pm in Room 220 of Phillips
Hall at Franklin University (new location) located
at 201 S. Grant Ave. in Columbus Ohio.
In this workshop we first review the
facilities data as it was collected under the old Uniform Information System
(UIS) and how it was used to compile utilization statistics. Next we focus
on facilities data as captured through HEI, and how it can be used to produce
utilization statistics. We will demonstrate the new HEI utilization query
and share with you a rough draft of the 1999 utilization report. Finally,
we are reserving the afternoon to address your concerns, answering your
questions, and discussing the utilization outputs.
