October 19, 2004	Corrected edit window date to December 1 - February 6.
March 13, 1998	File contains one record for all physical structures owned by the institution, all physical structures of which a major part (50% or more) is leased by the institution, and all physical structures of which a minor part (less than 50%) is leased by the institution and for which the institution is responsible for maintenance and has authority to make structural changes. Physical Structures which are owned by the institution exclusively for real estate investment purposes and not related to any programs of the institution are not to be reported. Definition of Addition Identifier expanded for clarification. It is not necessary that a primary structure be designated for reporting purposes. The Structure Identifier and Addition Identifier will be used together as a unique identifier for each structure.
February 18, 1998	Year of Current Rehabilitation field deleted. Physical Condition Status, Functional Condition Status, Year of Construction, Year of Acquisition, and replacement value must be reported for all owned and non-institutional structures, but is not reported for leased structures.
November 2, 1997	All date fields and the Replacement Value field must be zero filled if no data is available and the structure is leased.
