March 15, 2004	Clarified Non-Degree Graduate Rank Definitions regarding credit hour eligibility
February 19, 2004	Updated “Subsidy Ineligible, Other” with a more descriptive account of data to be reported.
February 21, 2001	Corrected definition of master's or doctoral student in an ineligible program to 60 semester hours (90 quarter). Changed "studying" to "majoring in" concerning business and education programs for graduate ranks.
January 5, 2001	Changed the definition of all graduate ranks to account for specific programs Clarified Cumulative Credit Hours Earned field definition to include all credit hours used to calculate student's rank.
September 5, 2000	Added Cumulative Credit Hours Earned Added new Residency Status Code to indicate out-of-state students receiving in-state residence under SB 53.
July 10, 2000	Added language and a link specifying the income guidelines for participation in the HB 147 program.
January 5, 2000	Changed "Postsecondary Enrollment Options Status" field to "Special Status" field. New attribute of Senior Citizen added.  Added two codes to "Student Subsidy Eligibility Status" regarding medical students.
June 9, 1999	Corrected the definitions of doctoral and master's students and defined the concept of program.  Deleted rank of Not Otherwise Classified Graduate Student.  Added clarification of summer census dates within "Student Ineligible, Account not Cleared."  A student is also considered "Subsidy Ineligible,  Graduate Student Exceeding Credit Hour Limit," if the student has a Master's degree and has earned more than 209 quarter credit hours (139 semester credit hours).  Added the "Additional Explanations" section and text referring to the Admission Area/Student Rank, Living Arrangements/Campus, POP/Institution,  POP/Subsidy Eligibility, Student Rank/Institution,  Residency Status/Institution, Student Rank/Residency  Status/Eligibility Status, and Student Subsidy  Eligibility Status/Institution verification tables.
July 1, 1998	Added two new Student Rank fields to be used for Fall 1998 reporting and each term thereafter. Also clarified the definitions of Doctoral Student and Subsidy Ineligible, Graduate Student Exceeding Credit Hour Limit.
