Added clarification as to how to treat students who transfer into a
medical school in the Year of First Enrollment and Term of First Enrollment
fields.
Clarified the "Institution Assigned Switch" so that a "Y" should be entered for any identifier that is not assigned by the Social Security Administration. Also added text under "Definitions and Descriptions of Data Fields" regarding "Institution Assigned Switch." Added text under "Additional Explanations" referring to the check against institution and Intention Code. Added text under "Definitions and Descriptions of Data Fields" regarding "Admission Area." Clarified "First Time Ever Enrolled in College Switch" definition so that the switch refers to the "Year and Term of First Enrollment" and so that PSEOP and high school students who enroll in college prior to graduation are still considered First Time Ever Enrolled in College. Clarified conditions for student to be part of First-time Full-time Degree-seeking Freshman Cohort. |
