Grade Explanation (GE) File

File Description

The Grade Explanation (GE) file describes how Grade Point Average (GPA) is calculated at this institution.

Submission Schedule

The Grade Explanation (GE) file must be submitted for any term during which the institution changes its grade distribution policy.

Capture Date

The file should include data for the entire term.

Relationship to Other File Submissions

The Grade Explanation (GE) file is independent of all other files.
