| May 4, 2001 | Added clarification that students who were concurrently enrolled in high and college prior to Autumn of 1990 should have their year and term of first enrollment revised to the first year and term that they were enrolled at the same institution following their high school graduation through the Revised First Enrollment (RF) file. |
| April 30, 2001 | Broadened scope of file to include all first year students meeting the following criteria; first-time enrolled in college, undergraduate admission area, year and term of first enrollment falling within the previous fiscal year, and rank of freshman or non-degree seeking undergraduate student for at least one term during the fiscal year. |
