Q: What Credit Hours to Degree should be reported in the Degree/Certificate Earned (DC) file for professional level medical students?

A: Because professional level medical students do not enroll for traditional credit hours, report zero in Credit Hours to Degree in the Degree/Certificate Earned (DC) file.

Q: Why does the Degree/Certificate Earned (DC) file appear as not submitted in the HEI File Dependency and Submission Status color chart?

A: The Degree/Certificate Earned (DC) file is an annual submission. If you selected summer term in the dependencies table, then it will show that the file is not loaded. However, if you select "NA" as the term from the drop down box, and you have loaded the file, the Degree/Certificate Earned (DC) file will correctly display that it has been loaded.
