Q. What is the census point for a flexibly scheduled course that meets for a short term?

A. In 1994 the Ohio Board of Regents issued the following-- "For Flex course sections scheduled to meet in total for a period less than seven
consecutive days, all enrolled students (regardless of the date of registration in the course section) minus students who withdraw." Therefore if the course met for a period of less than seven days, all students that enrolled by the last meeting of the course should be reported in the CN, except for those who withdrew from the course.
