Removed reference to beginning of production reporting.

Removed the text referring to the Subject Code/Course Level verification table under "Additional Explanations" section. Inserted text referring to the Subject Code/Course Level/Campus verification table. 

Removed text instructing data reporters to make two entries in a Course Inventory (CI) file for the same course, but at different levels under "Course Level" in "Definitions and Descriptions of Data Fields."
