| August 15, 2003 | The Academic Program (AP) file submission header record should now reflect
both the year and the term instead of having the term as "NA."
Institutions that are submitting records for the first time for programs
that existed prior to SM of 2002 should create their header record to
reflect SM of 2002. Records should be submitted whenever a program goes
on-line or off-line. No changes were made to the collected data elements/fields within the AP file. |
