Innovation Incentive Program

The Innovation Incentive Program is the centerpiece of the Economic Growth Challenge (ECG) program outlined in H.B. 66 and derived from the Governor's Commission on Higher Education and the Economy (CHEE). The development of the ECG concept was initiated through the efforts of the Economic Growth Challenge (ECG) Planning Committee, convened under the direction of Ohio Board of Regents Vice Chancellor Garrison Walters.
