Capital and Operating Requests Pending
State law requires the Chancellor to review and approve certain actions, such as a pledge of student fees in support of the issuance of local (campus) debt, Joint Use Agreements for the use of state capital appropriations with a non-profit organization or public body, or the release of certain state operating or capital funds. The purpose of this section of the Regents’ website is to provide campuses and the general reader with a comprehensive record of the submission, review, and approval of such actions. Section II also provides everyone, including the general public, with an opportunity to comment on the proposed request.
